My krusader windows was creeping upwards and I could not see the controls any more, nor could I move the window back into view.
APPLE: OPTION + COMMAND + Mouse Left = Drag
APPLE WITH WINDOWS KEYBOARD: WINDOWS KEY + Mouse Left = Drag
WINDOWS: ALT + Mouse Left = Drag
