April 2025, Create a Windows 11 Local user account

1. Disable the internet connection on your computer.
2. During installing when it asks you to make a microsoft account, press Shift+F10
3. Enter the following command and press enter:

start ms-cxh:localonly

4. Start entering the data for your new local user account.

Enjoy!

Afterthought:You may then proceed with uninstalling Windows 11 unless you really really REALLY need it. xD
