- Disable the internet connection on your computer.
- During installing when it asks you to make a microsoft account, press Shift+F10
- Enter the following command and press enter:
start ms-cxh:localonly
4. Start entering the data for your new local user account.

Afterthought:You may then proceed with uninstalling Windows 11 unless you really really REALLY need it. xD
